Could someone confirm if they are able to spawn in groups of 5s? If they cant then the long post that I stated above is invalid. In a way, it is an Alpha Gorefast afterall. I think their spawn rate is actually similar to the Alpha clots and Alpha crawlers. Gorefiends might not be able to spawn in groups of 5s like sirens, bloats, and husks. The gorefiend however takes 3 stabs in the head before it explodes to the sheer force of my shiny sword. All trashes fall to my stabbing might with 1 stab to the head.

I play on berserker mostly and I like stabbing things with my katana bash skill. The HP of the gorefiend also seems to be too high. In this manner, I find facing a gorefiend more tedious than a scrake which shouldnt be the case since scrakes are suppose to be one of the big bad boys.

He will do his full attack animation regardless of whether you bash him, stab him with your katana.

For the gorefiend, it seems that all his attacks cannot be stopped. I would understand if this is only the case for Beyblade move (3) since he has the red glow on his arms, but even so a none-raging scrake or an enraged scrake's attack can be interrupted with a simple bash although there is a cooldown. The curious thing is he cant be interrupted or stopped by using the bash keys. This is the one where he makes the Zweihander noises and spins like a beyblade. During this attack, he has red glow on his arms meaning it is unparryable and uninterruptable. First off I would like to say I like the new updates and great job to TWI for introducing new zeds and weapons which will provide more varieties in gameplay.Ĭurrently, the gorefiend has 3 varied attacks that I have seen.ġ) An attack where he lunges forward while swinging his blades up and down three times, sort of like Han's attack so I would call it Han's style for the purpose of this thread.Ģ) A short AOE swinging attack where he spins without red glow on his palms.ģ) A long AOE swinging attack where he spins continuously for a couple of seconds.
